    Exclamation Unanswered: sp_indexes error

I am unable to obtain information on any of my tables when using the sp_indexes command in osql. Here's the error I get:

    Msg 11, Level 16, State 1, Server SQLOLEDB, Procedure sp_indexes, Line 9
[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (PreLoginHandshake()).]General network error. Check your network documentation.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Is the linked server available?
Does it run ok from query analyser?

The SP is a bit odd so maybe it's not compatible with what you are trying to do.
Maybe you could code what you need yourself.

I'm pretty sure that it is. I am able to execute queries and other sp commands. Is there some way to determine if all the neccessay variables are set properly to execute this command? Thanks for your help.

You mean seeing what it is called with? Use the profiler to trace the command.

    Thanks
