    Unanswered: invalid packages

    How to find the object which is causing your packages to
    invalidate.

    Use the following query,

    select * from user_objects where status='INVALID'

    if any other objects are invalid other than ur package and that object is used in ur package then that's the object.

    It's much easier if u use TOAD tool.
    go to TOAD > connect to schema > select the object (left side)> select the deps (uses) (right side)

    Use the SHOW ERRORS commands after each CREATE statements.

    hi all,

    One more thing, can anyone suggest a PL/SQL Formater which is free. I am having tough time formating legacy PL/SQL code
