    Unanswered: Converting foxplus database files

HI, I am doing a school project but hit a difficulty in converting 14year old foxplus/base designed database into something new.

The database seems to be divided into hudreds of files. How can I load or convert those files into Access? Do I have to do them one by one by doing "import" operation?

We are also looking into using FoxPro and were hoping to bring those data in. How can I do that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Converting Foxplus

You should be able to do this with nearly any version of FoxPro (2.0 up through 6.0 at least)
    .
If it comes down to it, simply try to open the data Directly in Fox Pro... it should work.

In Documentation for Foxpro there is the following:
    _________________

    SET COMPATIBLE Command
    See Also

Controls compatibility with Microsoft FoxBASE+ and other Xbase languages.

    Syntax

    SET COMPATIBLE FOXPLUS | OFF | DB4 | ON
    [PROMPT | NOPROMPT]

    Arguments

    FOXPLUS | OFF

(Default) These two keywords can be used interchangeably. Each allows programs created in FoxBASE+ to run in Microsoft Visual FoxPro without changes.
