Question Unanswered: Problem running Foxbase+ app under WIN XP Pro

I'm trying to make an old Foxbase+ application run full
screen in a DOS window under Win XP SP-1. I have tried
setting the various shortcut screen display properties
including the Run in WIN98 Compatibility Mode, 640x480
    Screen Resolution.

I currently have Run Maximized and Full Screen Display set
    as well.

I have also tried launching the Foxbase executable
directly from the shortcut as well as in association with
    a CMD.exe.

The best I can get is full screen width but only half
    screen height.

If anyone has any ideas on getting around this problem I
certainly would appreciate hearing from you. I'm at a loss
as to what to do from here.

    Thanks!

    Been there, Done that!

Have you tried running it from a "Command Prompt" in full screen mode?

If so, and the problem exists there, you have a display setting in the
application that is incompatible with your display driver.

    Best,

Is it possible to get more than 25 lines/80 columns?
