Unanswered: Filter oracle db from an MSAccess table
I have an MS Access table that contains a subset of records (varies on number of records daily). I want to link to a table in Oracle that has all the records for the last 6 years and import the matching records into a table in MS Access
here is a sample of what I have tried so far to no avail.
STDLMR_CA_VOU is my oricle table
NI_SRL is the field I want to filter on
eftreturnworking and TABLE A are my access tables
lastEightTrcNo is the field I want to relate to the NI_SRL and olny retrive those records and insert into table A.
SELECT DISTINCT STDLMR_CA_VOU.NI_SRL, STDLMR_CA_VOU.NO_CON, STDLMR_CA_VOU.PAY_NME_HIS, STDLMR_CA_VOU.NET_PAY_DUE, STDLMR_CA_VOU.NO_DOV, STDLMR_CA_VOU.DTE_CK, STDLMR_CA_VOU.WCD INTO TABLE A
FROM eftreturnworking INNER JOIN STDLMR_CA_VOU ON eftreturnworking.lastEightTrcNo = STDLMR_CA_VOU.NI_SRL;
