I'm guessing u have to connect your PC to the internet first?

Base on if your using Dynamic IP or registering it with a Domain name,
all you need to do is to specify the Internet IP which your SQL Server is attached to.

    Guessing is still the word!.

Errr...what Firewall app are u using? I'm not so sure about this one, maybe the others can help, basically when the SQL Server agent tries to transmit data or do a transaction over the net, the Firewall app will prompt a warning, just click "Allow Always" or something....

I'm guessing if it is a firewall issue, you have to work around the firewall app, nothing much to do to the SQL Server.

Specifiying the SQL Server internet connection IP and connection to your db with SQL Server login authetication is what I regulary do.
