    Unanswered: How do I run my query from a combo box but have more than one record in my results

    I hope this is understandable..... here goes.

    I have customers classed viw the mnemonics a, b, c, etc.

    My Combo box populates from a table which has a, b, c, etc as values.

    It successfully runs a query and I get answers.

    The problem is when I want to display results from more than 1 class of customer eg a & d.

    I cannot get the combo box query to work.

    Have tried "a Or b" ; a" Or "b ; and many many others but to no avail.

    Can you help?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Thank you for your prompt reply, I am against the wall on this one!

    The criteria for this field is set as

    [Forms]![F_Revenue]![Class]

    the [Class] is from a combo box.

    SQL look slike this

    SELECT T_Graduate.PersonalID, T_Graduate.CellCohort, T_Graduate.Forename, T_Graduate.Surname
    FROM (T_Graduate LEFT JOIN T_Attendance ON T_Graduate.PersonalID = T_Attendance.personal_id) LEFT JOIN T_Attendance_notes ON T_Attendance.attendanceid = T_Attendance_notes.attendanceid
    WHERE (((T_Graduate.CellCohort)=[Forms]![F_Revenue]![Class]))
    ORDER BY T_Graduate.CellCohort, T_Graduate.Surname;

    Cheers
