    Plan Table
    PlanID
    PlanDesc
    PlanRate

    Services
    ServiceID
    ServiceDesc
    ServiceRate

    PlanService
    PlanSvcID
    PlanId
    ServiceID

    Customer
    CustomerID
    CustomerName

This is a rough DB structure for a db i am currently working on. The challenge is as follows:

-Plan contains services, but it can also contain other plans as well.
-Customers can sign up for plans, but sign uo for individual services as well.

Ho do I model this DB?

Do you have any DDL yet?

Do you have any modeling tools? Like ERWin? Visio Pro 2000?
