    The query would work very well if done correctly;
    or not at all if done wrong.

    What query?
    Define "work".

    ive been thinking

    i just put the address in the field as normal and then output it onto the page in html tags. however if the db was moved these address would be incorrect therefore i think i need to have to seperate colums one for the domain and one for the filename, then i can change the domains for all the phtots collectivly if the db and photo dir was moved onto a different server.

    sound ok?
