    Question Unanswered: Integer Size?

    I have three variables;
    in1
    in2
    in3

    How would I go about setting the length of each variable as 2 characters?

    eg. the input field is the "Input Date."

    InputDate.Format (in1 & "/" & in2 & "/20" in3)

    then I want to perform a stReverse on in1, in2, and in3 and combine them in another field...

    InputField = stReverse(in1) & stReverse(in2) & stReverse(in3)

    What I want, is when I enter a date in the "InputDate" field:
    050203 --changes to--> 05/02/2003

    and the "InputField" automatically updates to:
    502030

    any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks

    Use an input mask of 00/00/00

    Is it possible for you to use 4 digits for the year, so there is no confustion?

    input mask=0000/00/00
    format mask=yyyy/mm/dd
