    Unanswered: error ora-12705

When I log through a web page (the web page is on my own computer) that need to authenticate into a Oracle 9i database, it works 1 time out of 4. The most part of the time, it gives me the following errors together: ora00604 (recursive at level 1) and ora12705 (NLS). Please help me!!

This problem report makes little to no sense to me.
NO webpage knows how to or can even begin to try to login to any DB.
What make you think the "web page is on my own computer"?
Is it always 1 out of 4?
Software is too dumb to "decide to act differently" given the exact same input(s). Therefore, by definition, something is different between the case where it works & when it fails.
If nothing else, post the webpage's source code.

The web page is on my computer because I created it and run it on my own computer. I created a virtual directory within IIS to access it.
It's not exactly 1 out of 4, but it rarely works. When it works, everything's ok. I know it sounds weird.
I post with this message the source code of the file (dbconnect.asp).

    Thanks for your help.
