Unanswered: Error 3058 (Index or primary key can't contain a Null Value)

I converted my Access 97 database to Access 2000 and now receive an Error 3058 whenever I try to add new records via my form. The form has subforms (tabs). I have 5 different tables that utilize the form for updating and adding new records. The master table has the projectId as the key (auto number), and the other tables use projectId as the key as well.

    I would:

    1. Double check the Master Link and Child link properties on each subfom on the master

    2. test each sub form to make sure it is the master form that has the error.

    3. make all key and indexed fields visible to see which are not getting set.
