Question Unanswered: SQL2K Install on W2K workstation

How can I install SQL2K on a workstation with Windows 2000 (not W2K Server)? The installation CD installs only the "client" components and will not install the Service Manager; therefore, my attempts to register the workstation as a server thru Enterprise Manager fail because "server cannot be found" (or similar). How do I install the Service Manager? Or is this only possible on W2K Server software? Thanks for any feedback!
