Question Unanswered: SuBform won't show previous records

I have one form to enter various information about a Document and then I have a subform to enter details about various reviewer for that one document. The subform contains a combo box to pick reviewers and a check box to indicate which one is the coordinator. I am able to enter information just fine but when I scroll through the previous records one the data for the main form displays, but the subform information doesn't.

I have attached the database. The form is called frmLetterLog or it can be opened by clicking on the data entry botton on the frmMain page.

Can anyone recommend some good books on doing all of this programatically. i find using the interface very fustrating. Locations to some sample code would really be helpful.

    Thanks for the help!

Set your subform data entry property to No.

I send to you the sample base with the update.
The error is in the subform, the propied DataEntry must be in "No" if you
    want to see the records.

Smile Data Entry Property was the instigator

The problem is resolved. Thanks a lot for all your prompt replies to my questions. I feel a bit inadequate that I didn't check the Data Entry property. I should have done a sweep of all the properties of the subform. You guys/gals are life savers/time savers.

Is there a way I can rate your help?

I'm treating you all to a virtual beer/none-alcoholic beverage!

    Thx. daxx
