Unanswered: How to display a value

I have 2 boxes on a report. Both contain the same monetary value.
In one of the boxes I only want it to show the value if it is less than zero.
In the other box I only want the value shown if it is equal or greater than zero.

Thank you for your help. Dan

What action would you like the combo box to do if any when your criteria is not met? Do you want it to display zero?

If the condition is not met, I would like it to show 0.00

    Thank you - Dan

That's a fairly easy fix then. Use an immediate if (in a text box).

    =IIF([field1] < 0, [field1], "0.00")
    =IIF(]field2] > 0, [field2], "0.00")

    thanks again, much appreciated.
