Question Unanswered: Printing with the click of a button - HELP~ :)

    To put it simply....

I need to be able to print a series of reports with the click of the button... without actually ever viewing the reports.

With the click of this button, a series of letters (reports) need to be printed and 2 fields updated... I'm having one of those brain fart afternoons and can't quite figure out how to make them print without popping up the reports.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks!

In code, you can use the...

    docmd.OutputTo acOutputReport... or docmd.printout...

or with a macro...use the "OpenReport" and set the view option to "Print"...do this for every report

You can use the following code.
    DoCmd.OpenReport "Report1", acViewNormal
    DoCmd.OpenReport "Report2", acViewNormal
    DoCmd.OpenReport "Report3", acViewNormal
    .
    .

    and so on.
