    Unanswered: printing reports...

    Hi all,

I am trying to figure out how to print out a report from the start to the second last page. At the moment my function looks like:

    DoCmd.PrintOut acPages, 1, 1

However, sometimes the report might be more than one page depending on data and I want to print all of it except the last page as this has the printer control buttons on it.

I'm thinking it would look something like:

    DoCmd.PrintOut acPages, 1, totalpages-1

But I'm just not sure how to set a variable as the total number of pages??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanx.

Try this if you call it form the Form.Open

    DoCmd.PrintOut acPages, 1, Me.Pages - 1
