    Unanswered: Training Recommendations?

Several years ago I took intermediate and advanced training courses in MS Access (97). After I completed the project I was working on at the time, I didn't use Access again until this year. Clearly I haven't retained much of the advanced work, and I could use a refresher on database design; also, I'd love to have at least basic programming skills.

I'd be interested in any recommendations for quality and relatively affordable vendors.

BTW, geography matters; the closer to the Southeast, the better.

    Thanks much!

Check out New Horizons. Don't know if they do things down south but here is a link to webpage. They do a lot of traning in serveral product from MS. Not too pricy but not cheap.

The best way of learning Access is by looking at the sample databases and creating your own database - you will probably retain the information much better then from a course. A couple of good books that I have found to be good is Access XP Developers Handbook from www.sybex.com
