Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me. I've been keeping all 300 employees at my company in Access. I've been generating reports where each employee gets a seperate page with salary information and other items we have on record.
Now I want to add a breakdown of their 401(k) holdings in a pie chart, but the pie chart option in Access will only let me use a column as my data source. Example:
Name Fund A Fund B Fund C
Paul 25% 55% 20%
Dan 10% 20% 70%
Steve 90% 5% 5%
If I try to set it up (before I would have a page with Paul and his 25/55/20 split in a table) now it only lets me produce a graph of Fund A, making a graph with 25/10/90.
I want to be able to print up pages for all my employees with the Fund A/Fund B/Fund C composition.
