    Unanswered: Pie Chart in Reports

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me. I've been keeping all 300 employees at my company in Access. I've been generating reports where each employee gets a seperate page with salary information and other items we have on record.

Now I want to add a breakdown of their 401(k) holdings in a pie chart, but the pie chart option in Access will only let me use a column as my data source. Example:

    Name Fund A Fund B Fund C
    Paul 25% 55% 20%
    Dan 10% 20% 70%
    Steve 90% 5% 5%

If I try to set it up (before I would have a page with Paul and his 25/55/20 split in a table) now it only lets me produce a graph of Fund A, making a graph with 25/10/90.

I want to be able to print up pages for all my employees with the Fund A/Fund B/Fund C composition.

    Any ideas?

If it only allows one column, swap your employee row with your fund column. Choosing the Employee column of Paul should give you the 25/50/20 split you are after.
