I'd like to replicate a sub-set of a table from a public DB to our local DB. Effectively, the public table stores data that isn't relevant for the local DB and since replication occurs every time stuff is updated (and there's a likelihood of the public DB being updated fairly often, well, maybe 5/6 times a day) it'd be good to keep the traffic to a minimum (it'll be over a relatively slow internet connection).

Consequently, I was wondering if there's anyway to replicate the equivalent of a single table view, that can then be updated on the subscriber DBs and then those updates propagated back to the main DB and the changes made to the original table.
