    Unanswered: Printer control form...

    Hi all,

I am currently working on a access db that generates customer invoices. What I want to do is after the invoice has been generated as a report, a little form will open with a couple of buttons in it to print it out either as normal or as a a little printer control popup box.

I have figured out how to set the default printer up in vba to the acrobat distiller, but I'm just wondering if there is a way to print out a report that is already open as it is from a form without having to redeclare its parameters?

Any help is always much appreciated.

The only way that I know how to do what you are asking is to have the parameters physiclly stored someplace (either in a table, on a form, etc). If you are asking to parameters on the fly then no it is not possible, the parameters will have to be re-entered. But as you stated they are on the form, so as long as you are referencing the objects on your form for the parameters, then you won't need to have the user re-enter any information.
