Angry Unanswered: Formatting currency for batching...

    Hi all,

I have a table in my database that stores invoice details. The Amount field stores the total of the invoice in normal currency format (E.g. $1,200.00). However, I need another field in the table to store the amount in a different format for batching of invoices.

The batching format can't have decimal places or the "$" sign. So, for example $150 would be 15000 or $99.67 would be 9967.

Is there a custom format that could be created to handle this or any other way using an update query or vba?

    Cheers.
