Move the logins from Server A to Server B
Back up the database on Server A
Restore the database on Server B

Or you can detach the database and attach it back to the other server.

Make sure you use dbo rights to detach and dbo rights to attach.
After detach, you can copy and move the file (mdf, log) to your other server.

You have to recreate all the logins at the new server.

I personally like attach detach. But backup restore is also practical.

Make sure you backup your database before if you detach and attach. Just in case.

you can use DTS to transfer the logins and passwords, or better yet, use sp_help_revlogin... http://support.microsoft.com/default...&Product=sql2k
