    Thanks in advance

    Yes. You can make several unrelated reports based on different data sources and add them as sub reports in the detailed section of another report which is bound or not bound to a table.

    Multiple RecordSources for a Report

    I have done this before in various ways, the most successful were.
    1. Depending on user selection, I created a temp table with all the details and linked the Report to the temp table.
    2. Depending on the user selection, I actually deleted the query the report was based on and rename the required query as the source for the report.
    Query1 by name
    Query2 by job
    Query3 by area
    Delete QueryX
    Copy Query2 to QueryX

    You can use a SELECT statement depending on what the user has chosen
    Select Case userSelection
       Case 1
          Me.RecordSource=yourTableOrQuery1
       Case 2
          Me.RecordSource=yourTableOrQuery2
    End Select

    Put this in the Report_Open Event

    You can do this by placing sub reports within a report, it is simple but it may take more time.
