    Unanswered: Oracle Personal Edition

I have Oracle Personal Edition and I want to import data into an Oracle table with the DBA Studio. I click on 'Login to the Oracle management Server' and I put the user and password which is 'sysman' and the password is 'oem_temp'. The name of the server appears where it says Management Server:. I click ok and get the message VTK-1000: unable to connect to management server ... Please verify that you have entered the correct host name and the status of the Oracle Management Server. When I go to services there is no OracleOraHome92ManagementServer there. How can I set this up?
    Thanks.

Did you run the Enterprise Manager Config Assistant?

Doesn't that create a new database?
    Thanks.

Database Config Asst. creates new DB's.
The Enterprise Manager Config Assistant configures the management server on the machine.
Also, there should be a service OracleOraHome92Agent that needs to be running.

The service isn't even listed in the services.
