    Angry Unanswered: shell script problem on solaris 8

    hi,
    i'm trying to run a simple shell script to copy a file from a place to another.
    The code is below:
    #!/usr/bin/bash
    /usr/bin/cp /filename.sh /var/tmp/filename2.sh

    but this and any other simple command doesn't have success, although the cron log has no error in output!

    What's happened!?!?

    Thank in advance

    Hi,

    Please test, changed #!/usr/bin/bash by #!/usr/bin/ksh.

    Gustavo.

    Does the script have the +x flag?

    What does your crontab look like?
