    Unanswered: Report

    Hi,

    I have a report in Access that displays the totals on the last page. I included the controls in the Report Footer section of the report. However, the problem is that if the last page end half way through the page, the totals will display half way through the page. I want the totals to always show up on the bottom of the page.

    Wink set it at the page footer at end of document

    set it at the page footer at end of document

    out the top off my head i think it's even a property
    allways on end of page or something like that

    But if I set it at the Page footer, won't it show up on each page or the report? What if the report is more than 1 page?

    Post there is a end of documnt footer

    Page header
    Detail
    Page footer
    Report footer 'this is it

    Yes, that is where I'm putting the totals.
    However, the problem is that if the report end half way through the page, the footer starts printing half way through the page. I want the footer to always print just above the page footer.

    I hope this explains it.
