I was hoping I could get some help on the following.
I have created a crosstab query. When it is run it requests the user to type in two parameters (Subcategory and Recovery Class)that determine the rows and the columns. The query works fine. Now I want to turn this crosstab query into a report so that I can format it appropriately. The problem is when I go to the report wizard, select my crosstab query, and click next, NO FIELDS show up. They have all vanished. Do you know what the problem is? Do I have to do some sort of parameterization for the report. To get the cross tab query I had to enter parameter types for the user inputs.
Please note that I am looking for a dynamic solution since the number of rows and columns will change depending on the user inputs.
