    Angry Unanswered: HELP!! linking queries in access VB

    Crash course required.. what is the code required to link several prebuilt queries together, running them in sequence???

    Use a macro.

    If you don't like macros, use code with DoCmd.OpenQuery, which is, a macro call.
    All code ADO/ADOX unless otherwise specified.

    How do I string them together?? below is kind of what i'm trying to achieve

    ie,

    Private Sub Command0_Click()
    DoCmd.OpenQuery , "qryECCImportDup"
    DoCmd.OpenQuery , "qryECCDuplicateUpdate"

    End Sub

    Oh sorry, didn't realize the newness.

    Yes. That is exactly how to do it.

    Using the DoCmd route, you also have the option to analyze and respond to something between query calls.
    All code ADO/ADOX unless otherwise specified.
