    Hello Folks,
    I am facing a problem when I try to search on the Oracle DB.
    I have a table called TABLE_CONTACT and in this table there is a collumn called S_FIRST_NAME
    when I type: select s_first_name from table_contact
    it works properly and shows me all the data from this table. but I need to find a specific value in the S_first_name and I cant type the write sentence, I mean, could you guys shows the whole line with the condition?
    the example is: I need to find in the collumn s_first_name all the contacts with the value TESTE. this collumn is the table which we call table_contact.
    hope you guys could help me.

    try this,

    select s_first_name from table_contact
    where first_name like "taste%";
