    Unanswered: priviledge in store procedure

Does the SQL in a SQL stored procedure follow the priviledge of the user that create the stored procedure or the user that execute the stored procedure? Any pointer to documentation?

    Re: priviledge in store procedure

Owner of the SP package , which can be found using the implemetation column of the syscat.procedures and the pkgname column of the syscat.packages tables ...

This is for Version 7 ... Version 8 is a bit different in how it handles SP authorizations ...

Which verion are you on ?

    Cheers

Thanks, I am on Version 7. Does application development guide talk about this?
