I want to be able to populate a form and when I hit enter/add record, an associated record in a separate table is updated with a check in a check box.
Customer Info table has the Customer ID field
Customer Payment table has the Customer ID field
When I fill out the Customer Payment table and hit enter, I want the associated check box / record in the customer info table to be auto updated without me having to physically check the box.
The above fields illustrate what I want to happen but are purely for example. I will not have to clear the check box in the associated table for my DB because the event ( sub report) can only happen once.
Is this possible?... I am fairly novice but getting much better.
