    Angry Unanswered: What's the problem with tihs?

    hello, i have a problem with the creation of this function :

    create function "conso_legale" (integer) returns integer as
    select cast(sum(duree) as integer) from absence
    where date_fin<=(select date_part("year",current_timestamp)||"-08-31") and employe_pk=$1;' language='sql';

    Error : "parse error at or near "create" at character 28"
