Unanswered: Sql Server Connection Problem in Windows 2003
I am a newbies and I am working on a web portal with IIS 6 ASP 3.0 with SQL server 2000. But I have face some problem :
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80004005'
[ConnectionOpen (Connect())] SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
The problem occurs when I am having the following setting : Server A as a web server (Windows 2000 Server) and connection to SQL server 2000 which sit on the Server B (Windows 2003 Server Standard). And I am running on a domain environment. My SQL Server is running on a NATIVE MODE.
(I have check thru the connection string where it is FINE because I connect from Server B IIS 6 to the SQL Server (testing) in Server B and it is fine). So I suspect something must be blocking the access from IIS on Server A to Server B. Which mean I don have any problem if my SQL server and my iis server sit on the same machine in the WINDOWS 2003 machine.
Below are my connection String :
Provider=SQLOLEDB.1;Integrated Security=SSPI;Persist Security Info=False;Initial Catalog=LivePortal;Data Source=SQLServer1
