Post Unanswered: Access connect to Oracle via ODBC... how to CREATE/DROP?

I have successfully created a file DSN and linked Access 2002 to tables in Oracle 9i. I'm able to query and modify the linked tables.

My problem is, I don't know how to create or modify tables on the Oracle server through the Access GUI.

I went over to the SQL window in Access and typed in a create statement... and it did create the table, but only in the Access database. It had no effect on the Oracle server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and the sooner the better!

    Thanks,
    Jake

If you're using Access2002, you *should* be using an ADO connection to get at Oracle rather than a DSN. With the connection object, you can execute statements.
All code ADO/ADOX unless otherwise specified.
