    Unanswered: I Know This Is A Silly Question, But . . .

    Hi, All!

I know to some of you this is a silly question, but not to a newbie.

When would one use a form and report?

Appreciate the time "you" took to read and answer this!!

    Thanks in advance,

    Bob

Forms used to display data in a user friendly format.
You can put command buttons, drop-down lists, data fields and several controls on a form that the user can use for several actions.

Reports are for printing the data in a friendly format.

I recommend you to look up 'Getting Started' topic in Help.

    Hi, TBArpi!

Thanks for taking the time to respond!

2 seconds after I posted, I went "dah!"

I'm slowly watching my mom physically and mentally deterioate. She's in a "home" that specializes in people with dementia.

    Thanks again,

    Bob
