    Unanswered: Timeout / SQL

    Hi

    Is there a possibility to set a timeout for queries, for example to specify that a query mustn't execute more than 30 seconds ?

    UDB 8.1 / Unix

    Thanks

    I have also found in JDBC the following method:

    ---
    int queryTimeout = 30;
    statement.setQueryTimeout(queryTimeout);
