    in the shortcut properties target should be somthin' like:

    C:\orant\BIN\F50RUN32.EXE absolute_path_of.fmx usr/pwd@dbname window_state=maximize

    I use these shortcuts for all my environments. I love it.

    For production (or environments you don't want someone to have the ability to look up the password through your shortcut) you can omit the password and you will then be prompted at the sql-window.
