    Unanswered: Current record columns

    How do I pass other values from the current record on a continuous form? I can see the record's index by using

    TextBox = Form.CurrentRecord

    but I want to pass the value from one of the actual columns in the record to another form.

    You reference it thru the control's value property ... Ex:

    Continuous form with TextBox control.

    MyTextBox.value ... Will expose the contents of the textbox upon each row that you move to ...

    I probably didn't explain it right. All that's showing up in the text box is the record's index in the form detail. I want to show the value in a column of that selected (current) record:

    Column A B C D E F G
    Record 1
    2
    3
    4

    The continuous form is showing the Record Selectors, so when I select record 3, I want to pass the value in column E. Right now, all I get is "3", the number of the record on the continuous form.

    I need to pass the value from a certain column of the selected record in a continuous form. How do I get that value? I don't want the index of the record in the continous form.
