I am having a problem with a statement report I am writing.
In the report header I just have a logo, current date auto print and the text Invoice/Statement
I have nothing in the page header
In the index header I have the clients information
In the detail section I have imported 2 forms.
(1) client purchaes
(2) client payments
Nothing in the page footer
and in the report footer I just have balance due.
The problen I am having it that the detail area prints 3 times before printing the report footer
So a basic 1 page statement ends up being 2 to 3 pages long.
I know it is in the detail section because everything before it prints on the first page along with the all the sales and then payments but then it moves to the next page and reprints the sales and the payments and then one more time again before printing the report footer with the correct balance.
I have check margins, events procedures and it does nat matter if the client has got 1 purchase and one payment or twenty. The same thing happens time and time again. I even tried re-writing the report from scratch and again I get the garbage
