    Red face Unanswered: XLS to Access

    1) I want insert new data from xls files to access tables but I don't want lose old data.

    2) I have problem with firt column (access primary key)

    In XL, click on the column letter (say A), and it will highlight everything under it. (if you have a heading, then skip the heading, and highlight all the data in the column you want to copy). Then do ctrl-C to copy

    Then open up access, and double click on the table. Go to the feild, and simply do a ctrl-V to paste your data!

    but I need it in VBA and the problem with first column (primary key) is in Access.
