    Unanswered: ADODB.Recordset error '800a0e78'

I receive the error "ADODB.Recordset error '800a0e78'" on the .asp page. I have used a vb component to connect to the mssql db.

I also receive the sql query timeout error. How can I increase the query timeout for my stored procedures?

    Please help.

The error you're getting is often caused by trying to do something to a database table that's already closed. For instance, issuing the command rs.close twice, would most likely give you the error your getting.

Server.ScriptTimeout =xxx ( where xxx is the number of seconds you want for the timeout) will change the server's default timeout for your asp page.

Do a google search on server.scripttimeout, and you'll get all kinds of info.
