Unanswered: sql server and asp.net connection

Can anyone help me with a connection string I can use with asp.net web matrix?

I have tried this but with no luck:

    dim strconn = "Driver={SQL Server};Description=sqldemo;SERVER=MAMMA;UID=cecil ia;PWD=viken;DATABASE=Nomadiz"
    set conn = server.createobject("adodb.connection")
    conn.open strconn

    thanks

If you are using MS SQL, then it would be easier for you to use the Sqlclient class. At least that is the case for C#.

This looks like regular vbscript in asp to me. Anyway, what driver are you trying to use - oledb or oledb for odbc ?
