    Talking Unanswered: Check Box

I HAVE A FORM WITH A SUBFORM FOR SERIAL NUMBERS AND NEXT TO THAT A "PRINT" CHECK BOX. IF I NEED TO PRINT A INDIVIDUAL LABEL, I CHECK THIS BOX. WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO IS CHECK THESE BOXES FOR THE SERIAL NUMBER NEEDED PRINT AND HAVE THE CHECK BOXES UNCHECK. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ON THIS.

    THANKS

    One suggestion...

Add a field to the table that holds the serial numbers

    say?

    FieldName: Print
    Type Boolean
    Default value: False

Then set the recordsource of the checkbox in your subform to this field.

At the bottom of the form, have a control button which previews your print / report.

Set the recordsource of the report to a query which pools all your data from <whatever> tables you want and uses Field:Print = true as its' criteria.

To clear all the "flags" you could:

In the onclose event of the report (after prited), you could add code to run an update query which finds anything with field:Print set to True and update it to False effectively clearing all the checkboxes
