    Cool Unanswered: TNS error

    Hi,
    I got an error while connecting <LSNRCTL star> via MS-DOS. Actually I'm using oracle 9.0.1.1.1 and TNS Listener and service has already been started...

    the output is like this...


    C:\>lsnrctl start

    Can anyone help me to find the problem ?

    Its very clear!! service is already running.

    if u want to restart just stop it first

    C:\>lsnrctl stop
    C:\>lsnrctl start

    Hi,

    Go to the control panel. Stop and start oracle listener service, then run the lsnrctl stop , start again
    SATHISH .
