    Unanswered: listener problem

    Hi every1
    yesterday i posted a problem sayin that my trace files keeps getting the following error over and over (every 5 mins)

    Invalid Login Using Trusted Authentication

    I was told to check my listener.log and compare the timestamps...but it looks like my listener.log is worse and keeps getting the following error msg and its every few times a minute. my listener and my db is running fine... any suggestions for how to trace these errors????????????

    Someone or something is attempting to login every 5 minutes. The Oracle account they are using might be locked. For example, select username from dba_users where account_status != 'OPEN';

    do you have a cronjob running on the Unix platform that connects and does something??

    Perhaps it is an old job that tries to connect as an old user that you removed?
