    Unanswered: Free SPACE isssue

    hi
    i my database a lot of frree spaces with 10240 byte.and there are useless because i canot create tables with this space.Can any one tell me how i can coalace these free spaces and make it big

    You can try coalescing the tablespace

    ALTER TABLESPACE <tsname> COALESCE

    I agree with Billm as you can use ALTER TABLESPACE <name> COALESCE, But this is Manual Coalescing and if you Want Auto Coalescing of free space, You can do this by setting PCTINCREASE to 1 (ot any nonzero value).
