    I am not familiar with that procedure, specifically, but here is general answer. The package is overloaded; it contains 2 or more procedures with the same name. Oracle only knows which one you want to use by the parameters you pass at run time. If you provided a list of parameters common to both procedures, then Oracle does not know which to execute.
