Well, I built the form to print labels using the label wizard, and that all works just fine. Then I thought I could insert a checkbox into the label form, (to select which ones to print) but it won't accept it. Then I tried reading up on how to open the mail merge in Word using Access, but so far I have only been able to open up the fully merged document. That doesn't help me at all.
So I guess I am no where on having anything except the database, but if you could just point me in the direction of where to read and learn - I am very willing to do that.
