I am designing a database to track all training for our employees. I would like to incorporate Outlook in this to prevent scheduling confilcts. I have several sites that would be available for each day (one would have no restriction on scheduling conflicts) and several instructors (no confilcts will be allowed). Where do I start to add this capability into my db? I suppose I can do this within VBA, but why kill myself if there is an easier way right? BTW, I have no budget for this project, so purchasing software is out (If that was an option, I'd have bought a complete app for this).
